Spring is a favourite season with warmer weather and longer days. It’s also the busiest time for gardening, as plants and lawns burst into growth for beautiful blooms and tasty produce.

Step 1 – Spring soil care and mulch

Start below the ground by revitalising the soil to increase worm and microbial activity. Improving the soil also aids moisture and nutrient retention. Follow these simple tips:

Step 6 – Watering and irrigation

As the weather gets warmer, it’s important to water your plants regularly to keep the garden looking good. Check your hoses, watering cans, or watering systems to ensure they are functioning properly. Inspect your hoses for any splits or damage and repair or replace them.

Run your watering systems and check the outlets to ensure they are all working effectively and reaching the plant roots. Unblock or replace any blocked sprinklers or drippers.
