How Seasol® Works:
Throughout history, seaweed and its effect on plant growth have been well documented. Seasol® seaweed concentrate is a complete garden health treatment that contains plant nutrients, trace elements, alginic acids and other bioactive compounds. Seasol® promotes healthy roots, encourages beneficial soil micro-organisms, stimulates flowering and fruiting and helps plants to cope with stresses like heat, drought, frost, pest and disease attack.
Seasol® is derived from a blend of the finest brown kelps from around the world – King Island Bull Kelp (Durvillaea potatorum), Chile Bull Kelp (Durvillaea Antarctica) and Knotted Kelp (Ascophyllum nodosum) from the North Atlantic Ocean. The King Island Bull Kelp is sustainably sourced from storm-cast material collected from remote Southern Ocean shores of Tasmania and King Island. Knotted Kelp grows in shallow intertidal waters. When it is harvested, care is taken not to remove the whole plant – the base is left intact so that the kelp re-grows. In effect, the kelp is harvested by ‘pruning’.
The processing plant used to extract Seasol liquid concentrate is the only one of its type in the world. The manufacturing process is also unique and maximises the extraction of the seaweeds’ essential compounds.
How to Apply
The Click & Grow® system mixes and disperses water and Seasol the Complete Garden Health Treatment. For best results, measure your area and use time as a guide.
Coverage and Time*
- 50 square metres in 2.5 minutes to apply
- 100 square metres in 5.5 minutes to apply
- 150 square metres in 8 minutes to apply
- 200 square metres in 10.5 minutes to apply
- 240 square metres in 13.5 minutes to apply

How to Use
Measure
- Measure the area of garden or lawn that will be treated to work out how much to apply, 700 mL treats up to 240 m2
- Shake pouch well
Connect
- Connect the Click & Grow® trigger to your hose
- Pull off the pouch cap and connect the pouch into the trigger connector
- You will hear a click once it is secured.
- Set the mix dial to number 3 for Seasol and 4 for Seasol Power Feed
- Select your chosen spray nozzle setting
Apply
- Turn on the tap using moderate to high water pressure
- Above the handle on the trigger, switch to ‘ON’ to engage the product
- To spray, squeeze the trigger handle. The product in the pouch will mix with water as it sprays
- Use a sweeping motion, spraying back and forth with slight overlap. Keep pouch upright
- When finished, turn pouch switch to ‘OFF’. Run water through the trigger for 10 seconds to flush any remaining product out
- To release the pouch, press the ‘EJECT’ button on the underside of the trigger
- Run water through the trigger without the pouch for 10 seconds to flush away any remaining product out. Turn pouch switch to ‘OFF’
Storage
Reapply pouch cap and store upright in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach or children and pets.
Caution
This product may stain porous surfaces. Please avoid contact with porous surfaces and if contact if made, please wash off immediately with water.
First Aid
If poisoning occurs, contact a Doctor or Poisons Information Centre (Phone Australia 131 126 or 1800 220 770; New Zealand 0800 764 766 or 0800 220 770).
If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand.
If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting. Give a glass of water. If in eyes, hold eyes open, rinse cautiously with water for at least 15 minutes. If skin contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly. If inhaled, remove from contaminated area.
