Plants have different coping strategies for coping with extremes of temperature. If a plant in your garden isn’t looking quite right, it may be just feeling the effects of extreme weather:

• The Eucalypts rain leaves, they are shedding their unwanted or extra foliage. The more leaves on the plant the more moisture needed.
• Some plants fold their leaves upwards to reduce water loss through transpiration, while others will fold and curl down.
• Hibiscus leaves turn bright yellow and then eventually drop.
